Hello everyone, ......... well, it`s arrived at last. The toilet brush is here with me after 6mths! I`m very pleased with it too. I`d have liked it even better if the company had given me a discount for inconvience, but there you are.
I had to take Jake to the vet today. Last night I noticed his tail wasn`t wagging at all , just drooping down as if he had no control of it. The vet said it wasn`t broken but it seemed badly bruised. So he has been given an anti-inflammitory injection and some pills to get it all back to normal. That was a very expensive trip too. I think I`ll get Jake to go out and earn his keep!
I got some bad news today though, the company my son and son-in-law has announced its closure today. Poor Kerry is frantic about only one income coming in. I`ve been with her most of the day trying to reassure her. I hope I`ve put her mind at rest a little bit, but this is the last thing she needs right now with the baby on the way. I have said to her that she has us and we won`t let her go without. When I know more about the situation I`ll let you know about it. My son will be ok as he only has himself to worry about.
Jim is fishing AGAIN today..... hmmmm......I`ll have to put a stop to that. I`m sure I can find him work to do around the house LOL! I don`t think it`s right for him to enjoy himself too much ;-) hehehe!
I`m afraid this entry is rather short but I`m a bit preoccupied at the moment, but hopefully I`ll have something better for tomorrow. Take care and enjoy the rest of the day.

Six months? For a toilet brush? They should have given it to you free, but it is very smart. Not to worry you but if Jake's tail does not improve, get him x-rayed. This was the first sign that something was wrong with Pip! However as he did a lot of swimming, it probably is just muscle strain or something similar. Sorry about the job loss. I can understand Kerry's worry but she must stay positive for the baby. I am sure something will turn up. xxxxx

That's the smartest toilet brush I've ever seen - no wonder you wanted it! Awful thing about the company closure - perhaps it'll be a while before they actually have to leave, and then a little redundancy money to ease the pain? Sorry to hear about Jake too - but I'm sure he'll be back on form soon. He's a young dog.
