BLOWN AWAY!

                                                                                                                Hello Everyone,   This will be a fairly brief entry as Danny has comeover to see me.  He arrived at lunchtime after phoning me from the station for a lift.  he has decided to stay until this evening so I`ve had my time online cut short.  I`ve just despatched him to Kerry`s for a couple of hours, I actually ordered him to visit her so that I could post an entry.  Since he`s been here he has spent most of the time on the computer anyway, copying his CV and answering emails, and there`s me thinking that he came to visit ME!    Kerry is quite poorly today as her cold is very heavy with all the unpleasant symptoms that go with it, so the least her brother could do was pay her a visit.  This morning in Tesco I bought her three boxes of tissues with, apparently they are excellent for heavy colds so it says on the box.  I don`t know how they differ from ordinary tissues, probably just some marketing ploy for mugs like me! I`ve been sorting out my Niagara phots and I can`t decided which ones to post, so I`ve decided to put some in the entry itself and the rest in `add pictures`.  The thing is for anyone who has ever visited Niagara, you just can`t stop taking photos of them.  They are just so magnificent. Hopefully I`ll do the entry tomorrow and it will give me a chance to see the photos over again.   Today very blustery, to say the least.  I thought I was going to take off when I walked Jake this afternoon.  My waterproof jacket ballooned out where the wind got inside it and I must have looked ridiculous, well I would have if anyone else was daft enough to venture out, but I didn`t see a soul the whole time, just a few cars.  When I got home I found out why my waterproof was billowing so much.  It wasn`t mine I was wearing, it was Jim`s, and was three sizes bigger than mine!  They are both identical as we bought them in Quebec when it rained all day and the shops were doing a roaring trade in dark blue waterproof coats.   Anyway, that`s it for me today.  I`ll read some journals until the return of the son.  I hope you all have a lovely, and please take care not to get blown away!
