A RAINY DAY

HELLO EVERYONE AND WHAT A DAY IT IS TOO. THE DAY STARTED WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN AND AN ENORMOUS CLAP OF THUNDER WHILE I WAS EATING MY BEAKFAST. IT WAS SO LOUD I THOUGH IT WAS AN EXPLOSION. MY GOODNESS, I NEARLY CHOKED ON MY WEETABIX!  LATER IN THE MORNING I WENT SHOPPING FOR THE BATHROOM.  NOW THE TILING IS DONE AND ANY PAINTWORK THAT NEEDS DOING, WE HAVE TO START ON THE FLOOR.  SO WE`VE BOUGHT SOME SHEETS OF MDF TO LINE THE FLOOR WITH AND SOME WOOD VENEER FOR THE SURFACE. THEN WE BOUGHT A WINDOW BLIND AND A SHOWER SCREEN. AFTER THAT WE WENT TO THE VETS AND SETTLED THE BILL FOR HANNAH. THAT WAS STRANGE GOING IN THERE AGAIN, BUT NOT TOO UPSETTING AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. SO WE ARE LOOKING TO THE FUTURE AND LABRADOR RESCUE IS BECKONING AS WE FEEL THAT IS THE BEST MOVE FOR US IN A WEEK OR TWO.  ANYWAY MUST DASH, I DIDNT REALISE THE TIME AND I HAVE TO AWAY TO GET READY FOR WORK.  TILL TOMORROW, BYE FOR NOW.

Well, we got the rain Sandra but luckily, not the thunder. It rained here until nearly midday but the afternoon has been bright and dry.  I looked after Nathan while Becky had her hair done. He is getting very vocal now and trying to mimic the sounds you make.  Sounds like you are going to be very busy. Will look nice when it is done. Oh, I had Weetabix as well lol!

Lab rescue sounds like a wonderful idea.  Any rescue would be a great option.  We got our True through greyhound rescue.  Such wonderful pets!  ~JerseyGirl
