They`ve arrived safe and sound and it`s now 11.45pm over there. Slava rang here this afternoon to speak to Kerry and he said Roman has been having a wonderful time there. It`s bitterly cold there though, -14 celcius and the clothes he took there aren`t warm enough for a Russian winter. Luckily Nadia has bought some clothes for him to make sure he`s warm and snug at all times. It should be warmer by tomorrow, -8, freezing to us lesser mortals but to a hardy Russian it`s nothing. Snow is forecast for the rest of the week which will be wonderful for Roman though I doubt he`ll be able to stay outside for too long at a time. The funny thing is, especially to Kerry is that Slava ius finding looking after Roman full time quite hard, he says Danny isn`t helping out at all. Kerry just laughed and told Slav she has to put up with it and so can he, anyway Danny is his uncle not his daddy...lol!
They were lucky with their flight as Jim worked his magic and had them upgraded to business class, much to Danny`s delight, he loves to travel but has never been in business class before. A champagne breakfast it a nice touch, we had that on our way to Prague.
Kerry is staying here tonight before getting her flight to Prague tomorrow afternoon. Tomorrow both my children, SIL and grandson have all left the country....was it something I said...lol! Anyway my friends I will away to play some games and read the few journals I have left. Bye Bye. :o)

I should think you and Kery were relieved to get Slava's phone call ,I had to laugh at Slava's remark about Roman being hard work ,oh the reality lol ,so pleased they are having a good time ,I bet Nadia is in her element with her boys and Danny ,now you go through it all over again waiting for Kerry's phone call ,lol it will be nice for her to have a break , Its a good job you will have work to distract you whilst,they are all away ..love Jan xx

i think its nice that Danny went to Russia also.....i can not imagine enjoying that cold but i am sure they dont mind. So glad they are safe!!
