Hello Everyone,
Just a few photos that Jim took this afternoon whilst walking Jake. I took the last two of this evenings sunset, my contribution to the entry...lol! We`re battening down the hatches as the next bombardment of fireworks is just starting. Poor Jake is terrified already so I hope they won`t be too loud. I have a very sore throat at the moment so a cold is imminent I`m afraid...oh well, not much I can do about it, I`ll just have to put up with it like everyone else...cough, splutter! Cheerio for now and have a lovely evening. :o)

Lovely pictures Sandra expecially the setting sun ~ and how blue the sky is in the other ones ~ Hope that sore throat don't turn into a cold and you will feel better tomorrow ~ Ally
Lovely pictures Sandra,Maurice was watching Rugby on TV ,before he went to work, and they showed us a lovely red sky ,on there, and we have one here too ,also the fireworks have started again ,On a Sunday ! years ago if the fifth fell on a Sunday ,fireworks would have been let off on the 4th or 6th .,.,.,love Jan xx
Great pictures, especially the ones with the blue skies and the sunset. Helen
Poor Jake. but Sam is the same so it is a case of 'wearing' him again tonight...I( say wearing him cos he can't get much closer than very upclose and personal, LOL! I sympathise with you re the the lousy throat etc cos I have been off work with 'flu this week.........definitely not a cold as it was too bad for that.
Very nice photos. Hope the fireworks don't bother Jake too much.
Have a good week. Barb
oh i LOVED all the pics...the stream WAS gorgeous. I love it when you take pics. I really hope your sore throat goes away soon.
love,lj
Sandra get some Saline Nasal Spray...it was recommended by the ear doctor I had to go to. It has helped me tremendously in getting over this crud that was still hanging on from my cruise. He told me everyone should be using it once a day, to keep colds away. He said to me "how do you think peditricians keep from getting sick when they are seeing so many sick kids?" I was able to get a bottle of it for less than $2.00 here. I use it every morning now. Just one squirt up each nostril in the morning keeps the bad germs away.
By the way...tell Jim "Great pictures." Linda
Great pictures of all the trees and the sunset. Keep you volume up on the radio or telly it might help Jake. Love Joan.
I enjoyed each and every picture...I love the greenery, and miss that so much...not much here in the desert :)

Hope you don't get a full blown cold Sandra! Poor Jake ...I hate fireworks. They seem to get more powerful each year. I vote to ban them! eve
Do you have any idea how lucky you are to be able to go for a walk and see this beautiful scenery? It's like a dream world! Thank you for sharing your world with us!
Hugs, Kathy
I love the blue sky in the pics and the red sky at the end! I hope your cold will go away, I've been a bit stuffed up all weekend. Jeannette xx

NICE NICE PICTURES,,,,,,,,,,,,,,DIANE
There were few fireworks in my neck of the woods, Sandra, thank goodness.
Poor, sweet Jake, must be so glad it's all over now. Willow jumped at the first boom, looked at us for our reaction, not seeing any other than to call her to us for a cuddle, just got on with it. Her big nemisis is the dreaded vacuum cleaner. Bless!
