Welcome to my journal. I`m 57 and have been married to Jim for 36 yrs, have two grown up children, a son Daniel who is 32 and a daughter Kerry who is 35. She is married to Slava and they have Roman who is 4 1/2 and his baby sister Sophie who is 8mths old. Daniel is now single after a long term relationship though I dearly hope he won`t be on his own for long. I`m a very ordinary person who is passionate about gardening and despite being in my mid..well, late fifties I still see myself as much younger, except when I look in the mirror! My journal is written just the way I speak so please forgive the bad grammer. Please read on.....
These are the last of our holidays snaps. Tomorrow I`ll tell you the rest of the Tales from Amsterdam and they are about to become a little decadent....lol! See you tomorrow!

Enjoyed your pictures. Bob did bring home some tulip bulbs for me. I didn't remind him, that there's a tulip farm about 8 miles from here (Van Leirop's) that get their bulbs from Holland. The ones he brought were in a beautiful wooden shoe. Linda in WA
I love penguins too, they're so funny, I could watch them all day! It certainly looks a pretty place to visit. Look forward to the next instalment! Jeannette xx http://beta.journals.aol.co.uk/jlocorriere05/Welcometomytravels/

That flowering plant is called a Trumpet Plant over here. My neighbor has a huge orange one and a small purple one. Helen

I have to disagree with the "not a great photo" caption. Some of my favorite pictures are blurry, whether on purpose or not. Great picture.
