Hello everyone,
I hope you are all well and enjoying Saturday afternoon. It`s a nice sunny day here in the wilds of South East England, though it bit on the chilly side. Here are the answers to Jeannette`s questions:
1. If a film was being made of your life, what actor or actress would you like to see in the lead?
Cate Blanchette, she`s a great actress
2. If you could choose to live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Dorset or Hampshire, here in England. If I were younger we would emigrate to Canada.
3. If you could meet someone famous (alive or dead) who would you choose and why?
Elizabeth I, I`ve always been fascinated by her. There have been so many versions of her life, but I`d like to hear it from her point of view.
4. What is your all time favourite film or book?
Duncton Wood by William Horwood. It`s unusual as the characters in it all moles. It`s not about cute little creatures but tells a tale of deep passions, darkness and spirituality. A wonderful book that I`ve read and re-read many times.
5. If you could change one thing about your appearance what would it be?
I would have much longer legs!
6. If you could appear on a T.V. programme, which one would you choose?
A childrens programme, I`d love to sing those silly songs and dance around for the kiddies and get paid for it!
7. If you were going out to dinner, what type of restaurant would you pick?
I love most foods and find that a tough question. Today I would choose a fish restaurant.
8. If you could invent a totally new gadget that would make your life easier, what would you like it to be?
A glass and china repairer, for all the crockery and glasses that I smashed this morning. (accidently of course...lol!)
9. If you could own a racehorse, what would you call it?
Crazy Life
10. What is the most memorable event in your life so far?
That`s a hard one....A very early one I think, throwing a bowl of soup over my mother in temper, I was very small at the time!
11. If you could live your life over again is there anything that you would change?
Yes, my parents would have been happier and consequently have stayed together. Who knows how my life may have been?
12. What one thing annoys you the most?
Unpunctuality!
13. If you could change your first name, what would you like to be called?
Lynnette, I`ve always liked the name, it sounds very soft and feminine.
14. If you were a keeper in a zoo, which animals would you most like to be in charge of?
Tapirs, I saw a TV prog about them and they are so gentle
15. Is there any actor/actress that you really dislike?
Tom Cruise .....I can`t stand him!

Never heard of that one about moles, wonder if it is still available. So far that is three of us who say they cannot stand Tom Cruise lol poor old Tom, what has he ever done to us tee hee
My younger sis is the worlds worst for being late...We tell her the wrong times to be somewhere so she gets there on time LOL Caff xxx
I'd like a glass and china repairer too!! I remember throwing my dinner up the wall when I was three years old. We were a couple of little terrors weren't we?!! Jeannette.
What have you broken ?great answers ,these have been very interesting to read ...Jan xx
Have enjoyed reading your answers Sandra. I also would have liked longer legs or to be taller than 5.2.......Jeanx
Hi Sandra! I enjoyed your answers - especially about Duncton Wood!! I love that book! Its amazing - I haven't met ANYONE else who has even heard of it, never mind read it! Have you read any of the Redwall Abbey books, about Martin the Warrior? I thought they were good too.

Very interesting answers...I forgot about Tom Cruise..I used to like him but not anymore, too much attitude & it's all bad. I have a long time friend, Lynnette...she's going to share a cabin with me on the Alaska cruise. Her hubby hates to travel, but lets her go whenever she wants (now that's a good husband). So come August 11-18 you can pretend that you're Lynnette on that cruise. :) Have a good rest of your Saturday. Linda in Washington state
I agree with you totally on Tom Cruise. Let's just ship him into the nearest hole in the ground and be done with it! -Dawn-
Enjoyed reading your answers!

Good answers. Its nice to get to know what people think.
You can add me to the list of the Cruise-averse. I used to think he was cute, until the split with Nicole Kidman that he wouldn't explain, even to her. She seemed to be devastated for a while, although I think she may have counted it good riddance in the end, since he is so full of attitude. And her career has certainly eclipsed his in recent years.
I've never heard of your favorite book, which sounds really interesting. I'll have to look it up. Some women can't resist buying yet another pair of shoes. I can't resist buying yet another book!
Lol at the comments. I think we had better form the Tom Cruise "unappreciation" society!!!!!!!!!!!!

Duncton Wood... I'm sure I've seen that on my Mum's bookshelves somewhere, will have to have a borrow. Nice answers, what were you doing to break crockery and glasses??? Plate spinning? Juggling? ;o)
