Hi Everyone,
Just another photo entry tonight. I`m not feeling too well today with a rotten headache and an upset stomach. I think it`s probably just a bit of heat exhaustion but I`m feeling shattered. I hope you like the photos I took of Roman yesterday and I`ll tell you all about Jim`s fishing trip tomorrow, hopefully. Have a nice evening and try to keep cool. Bye Bye for now.:o)

Loved your pictures,looking at pic no 1 ,then click on 2 and Roman turns his head try it, see what I mean ,its lovely ,I hope you feel better soon ,I had a headache and felt sick last evening too ,too much sun ?a couple of paracetamol ,and woke up this morning OK again hope you soon feel better too ........Jan xx

Maybe you're a bit dehydrated, that gives you a headache. We need to drink a lot more than usual in this heat. Roman look so grown up now! Jeannette xx

Hi hope by the time you read this you are feeling better. Hope it has just been the heat. Not sleeping well at night and all this lovely sunshine when we are not used to it can be a bit much. Hope it is cooler for you today. Roaman looks so cool in his little pool wish I had one too. Love Joan.

I enjoyed the Roman/Grandpa photos and the climbing rose in your garden. I know that I have heat exhaustion and am glad that it is not the serious heat stroke. I will rest on Sunday and I am finally able to tie my shoes by bending today but my low lumbar as well the my entire back hurts a lot. Then Monday I will attempt to go out in the heat and humidity again and hope that my back can tolerate the activity. It is nice to be visiting journals again though I am only able to do it a little at a time until my home construction is hopefully completed in the late fall. I missed all of this last week. Hope your week ahead goes as well as possible. mark
