I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas from myself and Jim and all my family, Kerry, Slava, Roman, Daniel and of course it wouldn`t be complete without Jake.
Tomorrow after work we`re going to Kerry`s for Christmas Day and Boxing Day and tomorrow evening we`ll all go out for a meal. As I`ve said I`m working in the morning but I`m all ready to go, the presents are ready as is the food I`m taking for Boxing Day. I`ve packed a few things in a bag and that`s me ready for the off. I must admit I`ve been feeling a bit low the last few days. It might just be the aftermath of the cold I`m in the process of shaking off but whatever the reason I hope I feel a bit more cheerful by tomorrrow, I hate feeling so low.
Dan has just gone home after having dinner with us as he often does on a Sunday and I must admit to being a bit worried. It`s very foggy outside and there sre some crazy drivers on the road, I just hope he`s extra careful this evening. I went to the crematorium this morning to take some flowers for my Dad and my Mum. The visibility was very poor though many drivers didn`t even have their side lights on. I had my fog lights and sidelights on as I wasn`t taking any chances, I just can`t believe some people.
There were lots of flowers at the crematorium as you would expect at this time of year. When I arrived there were no vases left to put my flowers in so I decided to prop them up by the wall. As I turned to leave another couple came in and proceded to remove someone else`s flowers so that they could use their vase, I was shocked that they could do a thing like that. The flowers would have been left with love by a relative and they would have been terribly upset by the couples actions. Then the woman said that I should do the same but I got up and left without a word. I was afraid of what I might have said to her and it IS Christmas.
That`s it for now, again I want to wish a very Happy Christmas to you and your famillies. Take care. Bye Bye for now.:o)

Thankyou Sandra, for your lovely Chritmas message.I wish the same to you Jim and all of your family, and Slava's wherever they may be this Christmastime.I do not think you are alone in J/Land Sandra feeling down, many of us do.I feel you will most certainly be much brighter when you are around your little man.Bless Him.He is a treasure.I pray your Son has a safe journey home and yes there are some crazy drivers about,I will agree with you there. It's sad there wern't enough flower vases around, and that couple did such a dreadful thing,I would have been realy annoyed and had to say something though in a nice manner.I always go prepared with everything when going to MY Parents grave.Vase Flowers Cleaning cloth large bottle of water.Because today one never knows what to expect when arriveing there .So much vandalism etc in todays world.Grrr No repspect for anything or anyone..Luckily we havn't had it at My parents grave.I do hope your flowers last not being in water and the frost doesn't kill them.Prayers being said you soon feel better and for all of you.Have the most WONDERFUL MAGICAL Christmastime with your family.ENJOY!!God Bless Kath

Sounds like you are going to have a wonderful Christmas and no cooking? Horrible what that woman did. We do not have that problem as my parents have a grave but we always wire the flowers into the vase so that they do not get stolen or blown away by the wind. I heard that major airports are closed because of fog and a lot of flights cancelled. Clear as a bell here and quite mild. Give Roman a big hug from his cyber auntie and uncle and give Jake a big pat.

That is simply deplorable what that couple did by using somebody else's vase. And to try to get you to do the same. Shocking. I am glad you just walked away.
I hope you will be feeling better soon, Sandra. Love,

Sandra i hope you all have a fabulous Christmas :o) Especially wee Roman...I think it's downright awful what that woman did...How was she to know whether those flowers had just been left that day for a cremation happening that day!!!! Hope santa is good to you all and you enjoy the break Caff xxxxxxx
Good for you walking out on that woman's offer. That is stooping pretty low. I hope you and your family including Jake have a great Christmas. Hugs, Helen
People are like that nowadays I'm afraid, just taking what they want. It's pretty low to take a vase from a dead person's grave, I'm glad you walked off. Have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year! Jeannette xx
Glad you walked away, what a low thing for someone to do.:(

Enjoyed reading your entry and seeing your photos........Roman looks to be having a whale of a time, he must have been on a high with so many presents from Santa...couldn't believe just how glossy Jake's coat is and his expressions were wonderful.......only saw one sneaky pic of hubby though. Was he handling the camera? Glad you had such a good time. Eileenx
