I won`t be writing my usual journal today as I recieved the sad news last night, that my mother has died. I have no details as such but I`m waiting to hear more today. My mother lived in Spain for many years and we are not close. This has hit me harder than I thought so I am not to sure of how I am feeling at the moment. I apologise if I don`t leave a comment on your journals but I shall read them all the same. Thank you for your understanding.

- Welcome to my journal. I`m 57 and have been married to Jim for 36 yrs, have two grown up children, a son Daniel who is 32 and a daughter Kerry who is 35. She is married to Slava and they have Roman who is 4 1/2 and his baby sister Sophie who is 8mths old. Daniel is now single after a long term relationship though I dearly hope he won`t be on his own for long. I`m a very ordinary person who is passionate about gardening and despite being in my mid..well, late fifties I still see myself as much younger, except when I look in the mirror! My journal is written just the way I speak so please forgive the bad grammer. Please read on.....

My Sweet Sweet Sandra....i cried as i read this entry...and i am SO sorry. I wish i was there to hold you. Doesnt matter if you and your mother were close or whatever happened happened in the past. She was your mother. I dont know what to say...other than you are loved, you are special and you have friends on here who love you and i am one of them. If you need me, i am here.

Oh ((((Sandra)))). I am so very sorry to hear this news. I can only imagine what you must be feeling right now...as you know my mother passed many many years ago when I was in my teenage years. My mom was wonderful when I was a kid but as I grew older and hit my rebelious years...we fought often and didn't get along that great. So I really can understand the mixed emotions....PLEASE, if you need someone to talk to sweetie I AM HERE! I hope you can find some comfort knowing that she is with The Lord and at peace.

I am here from Jeannettes Jottings and would like to send my deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your Mother.It does make the grief any less that you were not close,quite the opposite in fact as you grieve for what could have been .I lost my Mum suddenly too and her death has helped me to understand better than before, how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way.God Bless you in the difficult days ahead .
